Digital Precision Control System
UM is not a small workshop, but one of the companies in the HiFi industry with the largest investment in R&D and production equipment.
Our five-story independent workshop building is equipped with professional equipment across the entire supply chain:
- Manufacturing Systems: High-precision 3D resin and titanium printers, advanced shell-forming machines
- Testing Instruments: Bone-conduction analyzers, driver testing equipment, precision tooling, and environmental testing devices
- Acoustic Facilities: Full anechoic chamber and a digitally controlled tuning workshop
- Management Systems: Ear-impression database and end-to-end digital production workflow
From ear-impression collection to shell fabrication, from frequency response calibration to final quality tests, every stage is governed by data-driven standards to ensure acoustic accuracy and product reliability.

Through more than a hundred processes, the artisans' experience and dedication become a source of warmth that digital standards cannot replace.
