Earphone Polishing Service

Using professional polishing compounds and wheels of varying grit, skilled technicians hand-polish the earphone housings for a refined finish.

Crack Repair Service

We provide non-destructive repair for cracks that appear on earphone housings.
▪ Crack Cleaning
Thoroughly remove grease and debris from the crack using professional cleaning agents.
▪ Resin Injection
Fill the crack with specialized resin that matches the original housing in refractive index, color, and hardness. Vacuum-assisted injection ensures complete penetration without air bubbles.
▪ Curing and Polishing
After curing under UV light or time-based hardening, the area is finely sanded and polished to make the repair as smooth and seamless as possible.
Suitable For:
▪ Housings with cracks caused by accidental drops, pressure, or material stress release.
▪ Important Note: This service addresses external structural cracks only. If the crack has caused internal driver damage or altered sound quality, unit inspection and repair are required separately, and additional costs may apply.

Jack Replacement Service

Replace a damaged earphone jack by removing it from the housing and installing a brand-new jack of the same specification. This process includes soldering internal connection wires and reinforcing the installation to ensure both stable electrical contact and solid physical structure.
Suitable For:
▪Loose socket, poor contact (resulting in intermittent sound).
▪The internal contacts of the socket are oxidized seriously and cannot be solved by cleaning.
▪The broken pin cannot be removed from the receptacle.

Sound Tube Filter Cleaning

Using a microscope and precision tools, technicians carefully remove earwax, oil, and dust accumulated on the filter (tuning mesh/damper) inside the sound tube. If necessary, the filter will be replaced with a new one to restore the earphone’s original clarity and sound transparency.
