Digital Precision Control System

UM is not a small workshop, but one of the companies in the HiFi industry with the largest investment in R&D and production equipment.

Our five-story independent workshop building is equipped with professional equipment across the entire supply chain:

• Manufacturing Systems: High-precision 3D resin and titanium printers, advanced shell-forming machines
• Testing Instruments: Bone-conduction analyzers, driver testing equipment, precision tooling, and environmental testing devices
• Acoustic Facilities: Full anechoic chamber and a digitally controlled tuning workshop
• Management Systems: Ear-impression database and end-to-end digital production workflow

From ear-impression collection to shell fabrication, from frequency response calibration to final quality tests, every stage is governed by data-driven standards to ensure acoustic accuracy and product reliability.
